Being a life long athlete, along with my continued interest for sport performance, this has led me to evolve, develop, and grow a strong passion for the world of sport performance, athlete development, and rehabilitation.
With these passions in line, I have gained a deeper interest into the world of academia, research, data analysis, and sport science.
Doctoral Degree • October 2021 – October 2025 • St. Mary’s University Twickenham
PhD in the faculty of Sport, Allied Health, and Performance Sciences. Focus on biomechanics within sport performance, specifically within ice hockey. Thesis will focus on developing new methods to train ice hockey athletes, as well as predict on ice speed performance, through means which are yet to be tested. Faculty advisors are Dr. Dan Cleather, Dr. Hayley Legg, and Dr. Samuel Callaghan.
Master of Science • May 2020 – August 2021 • The University of Guelph
Master of Science with emphasis in biomechanics and neurophysiology, working under the supervision of Dr. John Srbely within the Human Health and Nutritional Sciences Department. Main research focusses on long term athlete development and injury mitigation in sport, specifically how training volumes at the youth level can predict injury at the collegiate level.

Day to day operations of the company encompassing financials, marketing, client experience, staff leadership, business to business relations, business to consumer relations, and working with clients with respect to strength and conditioning, sport science, and rehabilitation. Majority of the clientele are high performing athletes, youth athletes, and general population clients.
Strength and Conditioning Coach • Juventus Academy Toronto • October 2023 - Present
In charge of implementing and oversight of strength and conditioning and sport science programs for Juventus Academy Toronto teams and athletes. Responsible for periodization, planning, programming, and carrying out tasks involved within the strength and conditioning realm. Responsibilities also include fitness testing at predetermined times within the annual periodization cycle, as well as providing each athlete with individual reports based upon the data collected during sport science and fitness testing.
Strength and Conditioning Coach • Toronto High Park FC • January 2023 - Present

Head of Soccer Fitness • Alliance United Soccer Club • April 2022 - Present
Soccer Fitness Coach for Alliance United FC men’s team in League1ON, a semi-professional league in Ontario. Responsible for the overall fitness and well-being of the athletes. Integrating sport science strategies throughout the season in order to minimize the risk for injury, while maximizing the athlete’s performance. Fitness testing at various point of the season in order to better predict risk of injury for each athlete.
Advisory Team Member • Canadian Strength and Conditioning Association • March 2023 – Present Aiding in the overall growth of the Canadian Strength & Conditioning Association as well as the strength and conditioning profession within Canada. Responsible for contributing to the growth of the organization and educational pieces as desired by the organization. Involved in the subcommittee of Education within the organization.
Independent Research Advisor • The University of Guelph-Humber • January – April 2022 Independent Research Advisor for a 4th year undergraduate student in the Kinesiology department for the KIN 4400 class. Responsible for overseeing a culminating literature review project, aiding in the student’s development, and understanding of the research process, as well as working with the student to improve their scientific writing skills.

Research Assistant • Humber College • October 2019 – May 2020
Working under the supervision of Dr. Kristina Lisk, I am responsible for study recruitment, running the study, data collection, data entry, following ethics rules/regulations, properly securing all data information, and making sure all participants follow the study guidelines. The goal of this study is to examine the effect of integrated basic science instruction combined with either self-explanation or worked examples on novices’ learning diagnosis of musculoskeletal pathologies.
Athletic Trainer • Mississauga Reps AAA Hockey Club • August 2018 – August 2020
Working with the 2005 Bantam AAA hockey team to ensure the athletes are well prepared and in optimal playing condition prior to games through the use of dynamic warm up, activation exercises, and any necessary pre competition physical preparation. Also serving as the first responder on site during team events in the case of an injury where a player needs medical attention.
